Yes he can. There was a man with a cane when I took the ride. There is an easy ramp going up to the boat and it is flat to get on the boat, nothing to have to climb over to get in.

I am sure they could accommodate your needs. This is a special crew, a family team. Call or send them an email. I am sure they will work with you. The cruise we took was 75 minutes long and there were 13 people on the 12pm cruise. If you wanted a private cruise I think they would work with you. What a great idea to lift your sister's spirits. Be sure to dress warm. They have blankets, but it is windy and if you are cold it is not as fun. They have a great indoor area as well, but you can see more outside. It is a great boat! Call or stop by the dock before they pull out and you can talk to the owners.
