My suggestion is for you to find your dive fix at Nha Trang. You'd have better access to diving facilities. There is none at Mui Ne when I was there. At least, I didn't notice any.
We are thinking of coming to Phu Quoc next March ( end of the month ). Being swimmers we would like to know if the water is clean at that time of the year and the beach free of debris ? What is the best way to go to the island ? Thank you.

It is windy at this time of the year and we found we needed to leave the beach by about 10am. The parasailers take over then and are great to watch. Water seemed clean where we were
