Absolutely beautiful. My favorite lighthouse on the Great Lakes so far! A bit of a drive past Toledo, but well worth it. Recommend highly even if the buildings are closed. timothywJ4894BB的完整评论

The park is free. Parking at times may be a challenge if this is the case just circle around and wait , something will open up. The lighthouse may not always be open. From what I have read in the past there is a minimal fee to tour the lighthouse if it is open. It does not take away from the experience because the setting is beautiful, You can read the historical plaques and walk around the grounds which are lakefront, It is also a nice area to have a picnic.

Yes you can see Cedar Points Fireworks from the Lighthouse. We have taken our lawn chairs and sat on the rocks. They get a big crowd there. Perfect viewing!
