I have no idea if they allow weddings. I suggest going to website & sending email to the organization. We did not see any weddings in progress during our visit.

Interesting question because these old houses from the nineteenth century involve old technology for cooking. It happens that the kitchen was removed to be part of the basement visitors center. The only part left is a butlers pantry and it contains a few interesting items related to cooking but the actual kitchen is apparently gone.

Hello, there was a kitchen (as part of the guided tour) but it was very small within the house and obviously did not offer any edibles or food. They do have a small area within the visitor center (which you enter once you get there). This area includes registers where you pay for the tour and also in a combined area a small gift shop. The area off to the side has premade sandwiches (catered by the Red Lion Inn), drinks and snacks. We opted AFTER the tour to have some delicious sandwiches sitting at a table on the property. Hope this info helps.
