I would like to visit the farm when we visit on a cruise ship in January. Is it likely that taxis will be available at the tender area in Akaroa? About how long does it take to get to the Farm, and what might it cost? I think our cruise ship might offer an excursion, but often they are pretty expensive, so I'm exploring other options.
