No Tv but some has karaoke like Marpe. You can find aircon or non aircon lodges. But be ready to bring food for your overnite stay in the island as food cooked in a near restaurant is pricey. Yes boat from Nangaramoan can bring you to palaui and other island.? No need to go to the port area for the tour. Coordinate with boat association representative in the area. Leave early as it can get crowded in palaui thus you may be able to take good pictures because of the crowd.
