Staff were polite, food and other service was average.
As we have booked and Southern Panorama confirmed me over watsapp too that my booking is for a luxury houseboat. But once I reached there they have provided an average boat. No AC provided from 1 pm …

Friendly staff. nice and tasty food. best sightseeing. Enjoyed the sunset from the houseboat. Loved that candle dinner setup with music.
Rooms were not clean enough, dusts under the beds. Could be added more fish options on the meals.
