According to the BMW welt site, the opening hours are: Monday to Saturday 7.30 am. - 00.00 midnight and Sundays and public holidays 9.00 am. to 00.00 midnight. For the BMW museum, the hours stated are: Tuesday to Sunday 10.00 am to 06.00 pm (last admission at 05.30 pm). Please note that the exhibition areas Aerodynamics, Treasury and Aspects of the BMW Museum will not be accessible until early 2023 due to renovation work. Hope this helps!

I only visted the showroom. It is best you check their website.
I used the online form to book a combi tour for early January (the factory will still be closed for the holidays) - the response was that they were only booking until the end of September. They instructed me resubmit the request, but this time to include an explicit request to be contacted by them when new dates are available. How far out do they allow you to book? It looks like more people have had success with a phone call, but do not want to contact them too soon (again). Thank you!

I am not sure of the exact number of days ahead of time that you can book but I remember when I booked it was 3-4 months ahead of time and was almost fully booked at that time. I had some issues with the email/online booking so I called them and it was much easier to navigate. I would suggest calling if you can.
