The maid service uses commercial grade disinfectant on all hard surfaces. We find that renting from Saturday to Saturday works best for our guests and maid service. The house is over 2300 square feet plus there is a screened in lanai with over 2000 square feet that gives extra living space. The first thing you will notice upon entering the house is the awesome view! This can be summed up by noting that The Villages developer added an additional $200,000 to the price for this prime lot. You will be very happy not having another house sitting 20 feet from your back patio as most houses do. Our pool is heated with solar panels which will keep the water temp above 82 if the sun is shining except from mid December to the end of January. We offer all the comforts of home including an ample supply of kitchen ware and bath towels.
