The winter storm begins Thursday morning. A transition to snow is likely during the day Thursday and into Friday morning. Two to five inches of snow is possible with some areas receiving more.

Several schools will remain closed Thursday across Greater Cincinnati due to the extremely cold temperatures and impacts from winter weather.
