JD Vance knocked the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops after the group criticized some of Donald Trump's immigration policies.

Vice President JD Vance decided to add piety critic to his government title during an interview on Sunday, lashing out at a group of Catholic bishops for criticizing the White House’s approach to immigration.

Vice President Vance said in an interview aired Sunday that the US Conference of Catholic Bishops has "not been a good partner in common sense immigration enforcement" after the assembly condemned several of President Trump 's executive orders.

He also asserted that the organization has acted as a barrier to law enforcement detaining undocumented immigrants.
