Anime is becoming increasingly mainstream, but with the many recent hits it has churned out, one may overlook its best underrated gems.

The Sioux City Symphony Orchestra will present "Olga Kern Performs Shostakovich" at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 8 at the Orpheum Theatre.
