Barbie is painting Austin pink with a free cookie pop-up truck rolling out this week, followed by a dreamy Malibu Barbie Cafe opening this spring.

The series, which shares the Barbies' stories, passions and dreams, will start with "Malibu" and "Brooklyn," two of the new Barbie dolls, according to a news release from the fashion doll company.
