ELYRIA — The girlfriend of a handcuffed man who escaped police custody in northern Ohio last week has been reported missing.

A Scranton man prohibited from possessing a firearm faces charges after threatening to shoot two people, police said. Officers responded to the 500 block of 3rd Avenue in the city Sunday around 2 p.m.
