林逋（967-1028），字君复，谥号和靖，是北宋时期隐逸诗人的杰出代表，曾隐居孤山。墓位于放鹤亭西南23米的台地上，坐南朝北。始建于北宋，南宋咸淳间设墓碑。后历经维修，现存清代重点修复的圆形墓冢及青石墓碑。
