任天堂官方宣布，日服eShop和日服My Nintendo Store将从3月25日起停止接受海外信用卡和PayPal付款，只接受日本本土签发的信用卡。长期续约Nintendo Switch Online的玩家们自3月25日起或将不会再自动续约。
