When asparagus is almost done (fork tender), drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and add the butter. Toss the asparagus to coat. Toss for 1 to 2 minutes to thicken and sweeten the vinegar.

Asparagus – select a bunch that is all the same size to allow them to cook evenly. I always trim the end part of them.
