Nearly two decades after the world’s first “vegan minimall” opened on Southeast Stark, there’s a new vegan block in town.

Last November the Abbey Inn at Byland Abbey, near Thirsk, was judged to provide the Best Sunday Roast in Britain by The Good Food Guide.
