1月15日，中国国家药监局药品审评中心 (CDE)官网最新公示，第一三共 (DSNKY.US)申报的5.1类新药盐酸吡昔替尼胶囊 (PLX3397)的上市申请已获得受理。该产品已经于2024年10月被CDE正式纳入优先审评，适用于治疗伴有重度病变或功能受限且无法通过手术改善的症状性腱鞘巨细胞瘤 (TGCT)成年患者。
