The Bangladesh Coast Guard has seized a Panama-flagged commercial vessel and a Bangladeshi ship for the exchange of fuel and evading customs duties at the outer anchorage of Kutubdia, Cox's Bazar.

Time has changed little on Cox's Bazar's Kutubdia Island. Tides rise and fall, waves crash upon the beach while people are busy with salt production and fishing, just as they always have been.
