The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is currently assisting the Florida Highway Patrol with a fatality accident involving a single vehicle on south Lockwood Ridge Road in unincorporated Sarasota.

A single-car crash on Highway 126 between Florence ... a red Ferrari GTB, was traveling westbound on Hwy. 126 at a "high rate of speed," crossing the center line and striking a guardrail.
