Spinel (Japanese: スピネル Spinel [1]) is an admin of the Explorers, and a recurring major antagonist in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. Spinel first appeared as a hologram in The Ancient Poké Ball, in a meeting with the other Explorers Admins.

2023年6月23日 · Spinel is a scientist of Exceed, who secretly works with Explorers as one of the organization's admins, and a major antagonist appearing in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. Spinel has cyan hair with fluffy strands that extend down to his shoulders, with a dark cyan tint near the end of his bangs.

Unbeknownst to Liko and Amethio, Spinel was luring them into a trap and left them stranded inside a nearby cave. Elsewhere on the mountain, Coral and Sidian shedded their school disguises in order to stall Roy and Dot and prevent them from helping Liko.

Spinel is one of the Admins of the Explorers and a recurring character in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. Spinel first appeared in HZ006, in a meeting with the other Explorers Admins. Upon seeing Amethio's flaws, he started mocking him, doubting whether or not he actually saw the black Rayquaza.

Spinel traps Friede and Captain Pikachu inside, but they manage to escape after a fierce battle. Meanwhile, Liko and Roy find Chalce, Coral, and Sidian at a lighthouse, where the Explorers are using their device to mimic Terapagos’s resonance with Rayquaza.

After bumping into Spinel in disguise, Liko finds her memory to be hazy, and she’s unable to recall why she returned to Paldea. But as she spends time with Sprigatito, pieces of their adventures together come back to her.
