I know this may be a bit of a haram question in a group with knife in the name but for safety and legal reasons im looking to get a trainer balisong, i used to have a bunch of those amazon 10 dollar ones but they're pretty crap, shoddy finishing so they hurt your hands and after like a day they just fall apart.

2016年2月2日 · Lock strength is good. As long as you're holding on, the knife isn't going to close. Blade wiggle on good quality balisongs are non existent due to the design. Weighting is decent. A benchmade 51 weighs 3.3oz and has a 4.35" blade. Other solid handle titanium ones weigh around 4-5oz. Pocket clips are kind of rare on them though.

From experience I can say that the most important thing is the knife animation that suits you best, its feeling. I would try ursus knife if I were you, because for me personally it has great animation feeling, very interesting rare inspect for that price.
