If you want to move the Start and Taskbar shortcuts back to the familiar left alignment, you can do so from the Taskbar settings. Surface Pro 3 running 10 pro insider build 15002.rs_prerelease.170102 gets a spinning circle whenever I hover over the start button or try and right or left click anywhere in the task bar. Win+ keyboard shortcuts don't work either. I've rebooted several times.
