2011年3月15日 · Most are as expensive as some customs. I have handled a Stetson Benchley. Probably the least expensive of all of them. It was the softest hat I've touched so far. It does not have the Chatham, Downs blocking. It's pinched at the front. I love this hat because I like bound brims. I can not find a Beaver fedora like it. All others are real dressy.

Unable to get Crofut & Knapp products sold in towns around the country due to franchise restrictions, Cavanagh created the Dobbs brand and hired H. 2012年1月21日 · Exterior Styles. You see a lot of high, straight sided crowns and deep creases, pushing the front and back out, creating a "reverse taper" when viewed from the side. Long napped finishes were common, as was the transitional fedora/homburg hybrid soft hat, with an overwelt brim edge and flanging somewhere between the two as we think of them now.

2005年10月20日 · Back in the 1940's in Baltimore there would come a day in the Spring when felt hat were out & straw ones were in. At the ball park on this day patrons would punch a hole thru the top of their felt fedora & throw it onto the field. If you didn't do it yourself a friend or neighbor would do it for you whether you wanted it done or not!!! :cry:
