Walmart sells their store brand of Flonase, and I believe it is definitely worth it. I don’t know what you mean by $2-3 sprays from Walmart, but their generic Flonase is $7-14 depending on the size and I find it as effective as the name brand. I tried at least 10 diff Rx and OTC meds last year.
