pressure treated wood or not? | The Horse Forum
2023年5月14日 · My horses are not beavers, never have been and I do not have any nibble spots after more than a dozen years of used. The amount of wood a horse would need to chew and ingest would be a large amount. I would be much more concerned the animals chewing on trees and plants inside their enclosure to present problems than fence chewing.

E Collar training for horses...... - The Horse Forum
2015年2月11日 · Some horses, like race horses, by virtue of the conditioning required to perform at that high level, just cannot spend a lot of time turned out and still be able to perform. We have no problem with keeping all of our horses out 24/7 and feeding free-choice grass hay.
Building a shelter - The Horse Forum
2022年7月17日 · But if we're going to build something, we should have something that can hold two small horses or a horse and a pony. Thinking a 3-sided shelter to be clear. 2022年11月7日 · Of course, most of this was years ago. But my point is that none of my horses ever balked at giving pony rides for several hours. Every spring I would take 5th graders to camp along with 2 horses and all day long, the horses would tote kids around. My horses never minded it at all. And they were not exactly quiet gentle horses.
