I had already tried the Windows Updates, deleting the mouse and keyboard drivers (had not tried the USB driver), verified that both had the most recent Logitech firmware and ran the About My Dell software for any updates....but had not ran the Dell scanner utility.

I need to wake my home PC up using a second M310 logitech mouse. Once woken, the keyboard and mouse are useable. Running Windows 10 Version 21H2. Logitech updates done.

2023年10月18日 · Logitech K850 Keyboard. Severe lag and at times no response when using the keyboard. This generally happens from "sleep" mode. Tried to adjust so taht there is no sleep mode but that didn't help. Shut down all other bluetooth in the area and that didn't help. Spent a couple of hours online with Logi support and that didn't help.

2012年8月16日 · The latest Bluetooth drivers from Broadcom fail to install (specifically the "Bluetooth Software Download" stops working during the "Validate Bluetooth Device" step of the installation). I recall having the same issue in the past -with a different keyboard, but my previous bluetooth devices were working fine, so i did not have to look into it.
