2008年12月2日 · The problem with that is attaching the top of the boot with the bottom of the shifter especially if the shifter isn't designed to connect with a shifter boot. I know from my last car, when you choose a shifter designed to connect with a shift boot, the top of the boot screws into the bottom of the shifter for a snug fit.

2023年4月17日 · Any how, there should be a way to get the shifter boot down (should snap in place), then there will be set screws holding the knob to the shifter. May have to pry the boot up from the bottom end even. Just pry carefully, it will be plastic that can snap off easily.
