A son of Hokage is like a celebrity (Konahamaru - Honorable Grandson) and treated well in the village. People would assume everyone died together, 4th Hokage, Kushina and 3rd's Wife as well. While Naruto would be hidden among other orphans probably a son of a refugee (Uzumaki village is no more).

some people in the village or were in the village already knew who his parents were like (3rd hokage , Kakashi sensei , and the people who dicided Naruto's last name.) thoughs are people who already new .... but seriously how could everybody not know naruto looks just like the 4th and if people new who the 4th hokage married they would know instantly that naruto was minato's son (4th hokage's son)

4th Hokage: He was nominated and chosen when 3rd Hokage was still alive and was capable of fighting (courtesy: 9-tails attack on Konoha) 5th Hokage: after the Third Hokage deceased. 4th Raikage: After the Third Raikage deceased. I thought the next Kage would only be chosen after the previous Kage's death. But that wasn't the case for 4th Hokage!

However, unlike you said in your question, Hiruzen did not stop this coffin. It was the fact that the 4th Hokage was sealed with the Shiki Fuujin that prevented that summoning.
