2019年2月15日 · I've had it for years, including on Windows 10.I use it intermittently on my PC, not everyday. I use the Android far more often. Lately, the app has stopped working. Now it just fails to launch at all. I have tried deleting and reinstalling it multiple times, with no success. My original Amazon Music app was from Amazon in 2015.

2017年4月29日 · I ended up calling Amazon. They had me go into the %localappdata% folder, get into Amazon Music, delete the "Data" subfolder. When that was completed, I was instructed to click on start, go to the "Amazon Music" app, right click and "uninstall" was one of the options. Clicked on that and was successfully able to uninstall the app.

Copied from Amazon. I'm sorry your Amazon Music is loading automatically. You can turn that setting off within the app itself. Click the drop-down menu next to Your Name (near Search bar) in the upper right of the Amazon Music app.
