We bought our 2007 30ft NT30b unit for under $20,000. They're designed to operate without issue from -40F to well over +100F (-40C to +40C).

2012年9月23日 · Many are built with suprisingly low load ratings - i.e. the trailer itself weighs close to the axle capacities. Towing the trailer nose-high, i.e. with a hitch mounted too high on the tow vehicle, will increase the load on the rear axle while removing weight from the front axle.

I am a wholesaler of trailer brakes and suspension so I know how common broken spring and hangers are. I wish more TT manufacturers would use torsion axles on their units under 10,000#. So far, a Rockwood is looking like the best choice for me.
