I equip String, Dough, and Paw if I want to pvp and want to shake things up a bit with a less used fruit. Rubber and Chop I equip occasionally to thwart sword and gun users. But overall, it depends what you like the most. If you like light, go for it as there are many pros to it. If you like ilo because of decent aoe, go for it.
