2006年2月9日 · No problem. I should add I usually see around 50 for most transponders on Nimiq5 on my "official" Dish HD system. That is the dual LNBF system that was installed by Dish for 61.5/72.7W. I usually see signal from Nimiq5 in the high 50's and low to mid 60's on the dual dish system I personally installed.

2004年3月9日 · As for the DISH 500 vs DISH 1000 thing, not sure about the original 1000, but my 1000.2 can get just as good, and better signal strength than my 500 did. Granted, my 1000.2 is better peaked, and at a different location, I still think that the 1000.2 can have comparable signal-receiving capabilities as the 500.

2013年4月29日 · So I bumped into the dish slightly and ever since then I noticed I get a glitch about every 15 or 20 minutes in my signal mainly on the 4K Joeys. The Hopper 3 seems like it doesn't glitch or at least I haven't noticed. So I was going to try to slightly adjust the dish to get a better signal strength.

2006年2月14日 · Having a weird problem for the last 3-4 weeks. For some reason, many of my channels drop out at night - I get the message that the satellite signal has been lost. It seems to be on all 3 sats (110/119/129). I've got a Dish500 pointed at 110/119 and another pointed at 129. The next morning it's back to normal and stays fine all day.

2023年6月30日 · Exactly, way back when, I had WA dish but our HD locals were on 61.5 so I had the 110/119/129 setup plus a wing dish on 61.5 and it really confused the Hopper trying to figure out which channels to use for PTAT (It usually recorded only CBS and NBC). Dish finally just gave me an EA setup with 61.5 and 72.7 and solved the mess.
