2009年12月21日 · I am going to be doing some dynamic milling in titanium using a 1/4" SGS Z-carb endmill going 1" deep. Does anyone have a good starting point for speeds, feeds, and stepover? I was thinking 300sfpm, .002 chipload, 15% stepover, and 1/4"DOC. Am I in the ballpark? Thank you!

2012年2月27日 · Using 2D Dynamic milling I put in 500 ipm in the back feed rate dialog box. It posts out F100.00 instead of F500.00. The machine definition max feedrate is 500.0 but still post out 100.0. What do I need to do to get it to post out at 500.0 ipm? Using the editor to change all feedrates to 500.0 is not a good option.
