2024年7月3日 · Epson V600 works with Microsoft scan for documents but can't scan slides or negatives. Epson scan or epson scan2 doesn't work, neither does Vuescan. Epson service centre suggested it was an old defective scanner not worth repairing so now I have two V600 which don't work. This seems to be a windows issue. Surely someone can sort this out!

2017年11月3日 · And then get to the point to pick a driver. At this point, it's VERY important to pick "Windows Update". Apparently windows when upgraded did not have all the drivers for Epson listed. After I did it, the list of Epson printers filled right up. I'd seen the Epson Stylus Photo 500 in there, but I was presented with an option for 2 different drivers.

2022年3月13日 · I have been saving files using Epson scan without any problem with Windows 10. Suddenly, today, this is not possible. The Location in File Save Settings now lists 'My Documents', 'System 32' (not 'Pictures'), and 'Other' with 'Scans' showing as the default. 'System 32' is selected (not by me).

2020年11月21日 · To work the scanner I need the appropriate Epson Event Manager on my Dell laptop with Windows 10. Event Manager just will not work on my computer. I've already right-clicked on the folder to which I want the scans to go and checked the box "Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object , and then click Ok ."

Had a windows 10 update yesterday, and it has messed up my laptop. Have managed to sort some of it, but have just tried to scan a document using Epson Stylus SX430 but I cannot find where the scanned document has been saved.

2020年7月12日 · I recently did an HP and windows update and since then my Epson Artisan 837 Scan won't launch. The printing works fine and when I go to Epson Settings and run a test it communicates with the scanner, passes and shows it's connected to the network. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the scanner and the entire printer.
