2022年8月2日 · Absolutely NOT a 3rd degree/complete heart block. There is an association of every P-wave with every QRS (ignoring the PVCs). In Complete Heart Block, the P-P interval will be the same, and the R-R interval will be, as well. However, there's no association between the two. You're girlfriend's instructor is an idiot

Upright in V1 but that would make me think it was counterclockwise CTI dependent flutter however there are not sawtooth appearing flutter waves in the inferior leads. The atrial rate is ~250-275 which makes it more likely a strange flutter than an A-Tach with block.
