2010年2月5日 · I use Hornady Unique case lube now, very similar to Imperial Wax, costs half as much. It does a better job of lubricating than One-Shot, costs less and doesn't make dents in the shoulder. I wipe it off the cases with a paper towel or shop rag, no alcohol or solvents needed.

2021年11月26日 · Had 2 cases stuck so bad i had to drill and tap the primer hole and use my homemade stuck case tool. HORNADAY ONE SHOT is going in the trash. I either get stuck cases or shoulder dents there is no in between with that stuff. Forum Boss: Read the following posts. I currently am using the hornady one shot case lube but seemed like i had to spray a second coating on the last 25 rounds of once fired 6.5X284 lapua brass, only using a 50rd block. Just wanted to see what everyone else is using.

2010年2月9日 · I have reloaded .45 Auto on the AP but not .223 yet. I will give your technique a shot with the Hornady 1 Shot. Does the One Shot spray get down inside the case neck sufficiently as well for the expander ball not to stick. I use a Q-tip with Imperial to swab the inside of the 50 BMG cases, just wondering about .223 or .308 with the One Shot?

2014年10月11日 · I use only Hornady One Shot spray lube right now. I don't imagine it'll be too time-consuming to pour some liquid lanolin and a bottle of iso-heet in a spray bottle. P

2014年8月18日 · Soooo, I took ten primed/sized 9mm brass and sat them on a table, took the can with the straw and gave each one a direct shot to the flash hole in the case to make sure the primer was soaked. After doing the last case I removed the straw and gave each case a good spray about one inch from the case mouth to make sure the entire inside was coated.

2021年11月23日 · Hornady one shot case lube. I follow directions on the can. Spray at 45 angle from all sides - waiting one minute between. In this case, the sprayed cases had to wait 2 months for my rifle to come in. Cases are gummy sticky to the touch after the hot water/Dawn treatment. Will use more Dawn.

2013年10月1日 · I stuck ONE case in a die using One-Shot. Then I went back and read the instructions that came with the die. It was a hornady die and they said to first clean the die and then give it a good spray of One-shot. I didn't and the case stuck. After I extracted it, I followed the instructions for both die and case lube. Haven't had a stuck case since.
