The Hungarian Defence Forces (HDF) comprise the Land Forces and Air Force, organized under a joint force structure that includes logistic components. As of 2020, the HDF maintained approximately 25,000 active-duty personnel, with 20,000 in the Army and 5,000 in the Air Force.
