I like Johnathan's, and Jolyne's, but they don't hit as hard for me, then also Joseph's theme is really damn good, but not as good as the last 3 left. Jotaro, Josuke, and Giorno's themes are all tied because my favorite of those changes depending on my mood. But I think Josuke's theme has a slight edge.

The JustDemianAgain theme just sounds way too much like Josuke and Kira's themes while the Lucas.mp3 theme has more originality to it while still having the leitmotif of the Josuke and Kira themes. It represents Josuke as a character better because one of the main themes of the story was him trying to discover his identity.
