2020年10月23日 · KSM 66 is incredible. It does lower cortisol which accounts for that "not caring about anything at work" feeling. I would suggest dropping your dose a little if you're getting that feeling a lot! A very small dose decrease could solve that problem. So glad you found Ashwaghanda! It's a godsend for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (my diagnosis).

Brand is important. In a perfect world, if it states KSM-66, that’s what’s in it, but I prefer sticking with brands I trust. Mostly Jarrow for me. Also Serious Nutrition Solutions (however they offer 695mg/cap, and I prefer the flexibility of Jarrows).

I still take KSM-66 regularily, but no more 2 or 3 doses (600mg) per day, but only one. in the morning with breakfast. In addition i cycle it together with L-Theanin now on a weekly base. Still lovin' it.
