Ooni Koda 16 vs. Halo Versa 16 - Pizza Making Forum
2023年3月6日 · The two ovens that I am primarily considering are the Ooni Koda 16 and Halo Versa 16. Does anyone have input on which of the two you would recommend for a complete newbie? My understanding is the Ooni gets hotter and would be better for Neopolitan style pizza, while the Halo excels at New York style and has the added benefit of the rotating stone.

Thinking about Biscotto stone for my Ooni, advice sought
2024年3月8日 · Regarding performance. The Ooni Koda 12 cordierite stone is 10 mm, the Gozney Arc XL cordierite is 20 mm, and both biscotto stones are 25 mm. It looks a little chunky in the Ooni but the height doesn't cause any problems. It looks quite nice in the Gozney and the height difference is negligible.

Is Anyone Getting High Temps with Wood/Charcoal in Ooni Pro?
2019年5月24日 · I'd honestly rather use my kitchen's built in oven with a pizza stone, than the Ooni Pro with any of these fuels. When cooking with wood or charcoal, I have followed the directions and opened the top vent and the chimney vent. I have tried both the glass door and the pizza door; it doesn't make any real difference.
