2024年11月14日 · My laptop runs Windows 10 Pro. I have been using the New Outlook app for a few months now, no issues. This morning I'm unable to open the app at all? I click on the app, and nothing happens. I have never experienced this before. I am able to open the older Outlook app, but cannot access the new app.
