If it is a more offensive Pokemon, I won't risk it and will start Quiver Dancing right away, then Baton Pass it. All my team benefits from Quiver Dance, although some benefit more than others. Probopass enjoys the Sp Attack and Sp Def, and with enough Quiver dances maybe even Speed.
