There are also people who have a formidable knowledge but who don't write certificates, or who only certify items that they are handling - Jason Price is a good example.

They are very HOT indeed.....top players are playing them, and spreading the news. This goes for Isaac Salchow as well. Here is a list which I have posted before in a different thread 2 years ago.
