Sep 17, 2024 · I was given a Walmart gift card. After buying the usual assortment of hooks, line and lures, I had about $20.00 left on the card. Just for fun I decided to buy an Ozark Trail spinning reel (about $15.00) to keep on a cheap rod in the truck for spur of the moment fishing stops.

Apr 13, 2012 · a month or so ago i was in walmart checking out the updated fishing section. looked at one of the vendetta rods on the rack, decided to check its flex, i barely bent the rod and the top of the rod just snapped right off, i put it back on the shelf and got the hell out of there lol. and people wonder why i like my ugly stiks so much.....

They seemed to be well made rods and were very light. I have wanted to experiment with a long split grip rod, but don't want to shell out $150-$250 for an experiment. These FLW rods were $47.

Apr 23, 2017 · Abu rods are also good quality. It's kind of hard to be selective at WalMart but they do carry a few of them. I think the Vengeance rod is $50 at WalMart.
