2008年6月27日 · Magnesium works great to prevent cramps in my feet. See your doctor to check out abdominal organs. Sometimes they can cause referred pain to the groin and inner thigh. That is not too likely, and is more likely to be muscle related. Good luck. That sounds miserable.

I know this from personal experience, as I just don't have the same reaction if my wife runs her hand across my outer thigh.
