Why charge people for supplying their own modem
2024年3月3日 · Just got told it's more expensive to have my own modem than to use the one they provided. That doesn't make any sense economically . No one at Comcast can tell me what they are doing with that modem. The support rep manager hung up on me when I kept asking what the modem is doing. They did not say "I don't know", they just avoided any clear answer.

2021年7月20日 · Comcast internet keeps disconnecting randomly multiple times a day. When it happens entire internet goes out plus phone line. The disconnect also makes it unable to change TV channels or pull up tv guide. Resetting modem doesn't really fix problem as the disconnects are still happening.

2023年10月5日 · I changed the cables, splitter, tv box, the modem twice and nothing helped. I disconnected the modem and the tv worked perfectly. I reconnected the modem and the pixelation started again. The Xfinity technician could not figure out why. As a last resort he moved the modem to a different room and the tv now WORKS PERFECTLY.
