2021年7月19日 · Looking for advice about improving the roof rack on my 2021 Outback. It’s fairly unimpressive if you want to carry much of anything. Anything other than Prinsu? I don’t like the way the rain gutters are not covered. The rear looks like it would build up and possibly leak. Anyone know if you could put the 2019 Touring roof rails on a 2021.

2017年8月25日 · What model bike rack did you purchase ?, as that will drive the recommendation for cross bars and a fit kit for the Outback I've used Thule roof racks and systems for 30 years but recently went to the Yakima Landing Pad 15 rack adapter, plus the Skyline towers and Corebar cross bars. I love this system as it is an easy on/off system.

2024年5月7日 · Being a kayaker, the integrated rails are the primary reason i love my Subie. Simplest, cheapest setup is pop the kayak on the roof, deck side down (The deck tends to have the thickest walls - this decreases likelihood of the rails deforming the boat) and use one length of rope ( 6-7mm climbing accesory rope) for each rail to keep the kayak secure.

2013年4月5日 · I recently threw a Thule Sonic XL onto my '13 and the first time I took it on the highway there was a god awful rattle (see my other posts for a video). Upon doing some research, turns out a couple pieces of painter's tape covering the front passenger side roof rack hole eliminates the problem.

2021年12月31日 · Out boats were 13 and 14 feet and we carried them side by side on the roof of our Ranger 4X4 pickup truck's fiberglass cap which was reinforced with oak boards glassed into the roof for boat roof racks. Each boat was between 45-55 pounds.

2013年3月23日 · This is my first post on this forum. I have a 2011 Outback with the factory roof rack. I have used roof top tents before on my tacoma and have built my own roof rack for my tent. That tent is about dead and the family has grown, so I am considering a larger tent.

2008年4月16日 · Due to the slight curvature of the factory roof rails tho, be sure that you only span two cross members, or make sure that you follow the curve, else your rack may have a tendency to 'teeter' from front to back... Just a suggestion. Will post up finished pics, hopefully this weekend if I can get a few hours in the garage...

I was from prinsudesignstudio.com, actually from a retailer truckbrigade.com with sale/discount codes it came out to $840.00 if I'm remembering correctly. I have not yet installed it because it's very involved, but I like the look. Also I scratched my roof and even dented some from constant kayaks on the roof.
