It is just my nasal passages are swollen( my turbinates and passages). I agree, it may be a combination of things that set it off. 2006年12月8日 · i have been off of afrin for 1 month now. i am 21 and i used it since middle school. the only way i was able to quit using was by going to see a allergy specialist. he perscribed prednisone and nasonex. the prednisone is a steroid that opens up the nasal passages and the nasonex heals the swollen nasal passages.

2006年5月14日 · It opens up your nasal passages and relieves congestion, headache, etc. When I put them on at night and go to sleep, I wait up in the morning feeling much better. Also, I bought a nasal spray called "Sinus Buster" which contains cayenne pepper which also opens up the sinuses and works great. I bought the Sinus Buster on Ebay.

2008年7月9日 · This has been chronic for about 2 years now... I had my tonsils removed (from frequent strep throat) and this helped my breathing however my nasal passage is still very clogged. My ear/nose/throat specialist has prescribed me nasal sprays both over the counter and prescription and NOTHING is working.
